2:The qualified bleached oil enters into Spiral plate heat exchanger, after recycling most of the heat. Then enters into the High pressure steam heater, after heating 240-260°C, then enters into the deodoriztion tower. The deodorization tower is combined type,.

3:The upper is used for removing Odor component like free fatty acid,the lower is used for bleaching and removing the Peroxide value. The oil from the deodorization tower exchange with the crude oil after it is absorbed most of the heat when it is through the heat exchanger.

4:then cool it to 80-85°C,add some oxidizer and flavor additive,then cool it below 50°C ,we use the Filler type collector to collect the fatty acid which is from the deodorization, the collector liquid is the free fatty acid((60-75°C), it wil be sent to the fatty acid storage tank to storage the extra fatty acid
